With a passion for technology and a gift in communication, Matthew Unzen couldn’t have found a better role to play than Cisco Analyst. It’s his job to maintain the relationship between Continuant and Cisco, while also serving as a liaison between different parts of the company to generate deliverables that he can convert into proposals. As though that weren’t enough, he also must keep up to date on all important Cisco knowledge and make sure Continuant has all the necessary Cisco certifications it needs. Timely, organized, and always ready to help, Matthew never ceases looking for ways to improve processes, procedures, and protocols. With skills in customer service and sales, he brings a unique perspective to the Cisco team that has proven invaluable over the years.
