Debbie Lainfiesta

In her role as Manager of Service Delivery with Continuant, Debbie Lainfiesta brings to the job a solid technology sales background—with numerous certifications from major manufacturers to her credit.

Debbie quickly blended with Continuant’s high-touch/high-tech culture when she first joined the company as a Senior Named Account Manager (NAM). In addition to maintaining customer relationships in her Senior NAM role, Debbie was tasked with developing strategic partnerships and managing a team that assists in finding customer solutions. In 2015, Debbie was tasked with leading Continuant’s pilot service desk, including the management of the pilot customer accounts, escalating service-impacting issues, and leading a diverse group of employees, from Customer Service Representatives to Tier 3 Engineers.

Debbie’s huge success through this pilot gave Continuant executives the information they needed to implement the service desk model for all of Continuant’s customers. Today, Debbie leads the development, production, and success of six large service desks, supporting tens of thousands of systems globally.

A natural leader, Debbie looks forward to sharing her vision and passion with Continuant, and is committed to assisting in the growth and development of the organization.

Given her extensive technology expertise, Debbie has become a trusted partner to, and problem-solver for, her customers, who look to her to help sort through all of the latest technologies and options available to them. “It is very important to have your customers trust the solutions you offer and the technologies you recommend,” says Debbie. “When it comes to building strong relationships with customers, they need to trust the solutions you are offering. To me, trust is the most important element when it comes to building a strong partnership.”

Prior to joining Continuant, Debbie spent nearly nine years in technology sales. In her previous employment, she was consistently in the top 10% of her division and achieved platinum level for her sales four years running. Debbie has earned certifications in Microsoft, VMWare, HP Servers and Storage, HP Networking, IBM System X, Sophos, Symantec, Avaya, and Cisco.
