Ohio native Zachary Charnock joined Continuant in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative after a successful career in the retail and lawn care industries. Currently a Named Account Manager, Zach has held many positions in the Customer Experience Department including Junior Named Account Manager, CSR Lead, and Customer Experience Manager.
For Zach, it’s all about the work environment. “After joining Continuant,” he notes, “I immediately became inspired by the people and culture here. It was refreshing to work for a company that genuinely cares about their employees, and even more so about the customer experience.” His favorite work-related quote comes from Aristotle: “Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”
Zach resides in Ohio with his wife and two children. When he’s not engaged in family activities, Zach is a zealous sports fan.
