Rhonda Parmiter brings to Continuant an extensive background in customer service, retail sales, and management. Prior to joining Continuant in 2000, she held various positions of increasing responsibility for some of the largest retail brands, including Jordache Inc.; Vanity (sportswear); and Natural Wonders, a high-volume retail gift and science store chain—where she held the position of District Manager and ran the highest volume district within the company.

Originally brought on board to pioneer Continuant’s National Accounts division, Ms. Parmiter quickly helped transform the Continuant customer experience to the positive experience that it is today—as evidenced by Continuant’s “Net Promoter” score of 87, which is one of the highest such scores seen in the service industry.

Today, Ms. Parmiter oversees a department of more than 100 customer service professionals, including Named Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and System Sales & Engineers.
