Another of our Service Delivery Leads, Morgan started at Continuant in March of 2016, and has since made great use of her problem-solving skills.
Chiefly focused on SLA’s (Service Level Agreements), it falls to her to make sure that everything stays in compliance. Whether it’s coordinating engineering resources to complete a job or working with account teams to ensure tickets are properly, she never balks at a challenge and is always willing to tackle problems head-on. “No one trips over mountains,” she says. “It’s the small pebbles that cause you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed a mountain.”
Appropriately, Morgan enjoys going for hikes and spending time in the great outdoors with her three boys whenever life and the weather gives them a chance.
