Matthew Unzen joined Continuant in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) during a time of significant growth for the company. In his first year as a CSR, he took on numerous challenges and was increasingly given new responsibilities. In the end, Matthew quickly proved his ability to work under pressure; in just one year of working at Continuant, he was promoted to the position of Named Account Manager (NAM), where he continues to work with large enterprise-level customers.
Prior to joining Continuant, Matthew worked for a technology company as a sales consultant and brings to Continuant his extensive experience in customer service, technology, sales, and leadership.
At Continuant, Matthew soon discovered the benefits of working in a culture that demands excellence in all aspects of customer engagement, technology support, and business development. He describes himself as “very passionate about technology,” and says he strives to be viewed as a trusted advisor. He adds, “I’m committed to helping customers find technology and business solutions.”
Matthew is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and a native of the Pacific Northwest. He loves mountain biking and hiking and is an avid supporter of the Seattle Seahawks.
