Louis Rodriguez, known internally at Continuant as “the ITIL guru,” brings to the company 22 years’ IT experience and expertise working in industries such as Real Estate, Marine Transportation Logistics, Telecommunications, and Healthcare. At Continuant, he has oversight of the end-to-end design and delivery of the company’s IT Service Management offerings, and manages fully certified lifecycle teams covering 11 ITIL process disciplines to assist in the development of enhanced solutions for Continuant customers.
Prior to joining Continuant, Rodriguez worked as ITIL Process Engineer at Providence Health & Services, a $17 billion healthcare company based in Renton, Washington, where he led the ITIL Change Management team and was integral to the build-out of Configuration, Major Incident, and Problem Management. He also held various IT Service Management leadership positions at T-Mobile, Colliers International, and NYK Business Systems America, where he managed the deployment of numerous ITSM solutions and also oversaw national service desk operations.
Rodriguez holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management in New York City, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from DeVry University in Pomona, California, and holds certifications from George Washington University in Project Leadership, Management, and Communications; and Software Project Management. He is also ITIL Intermediate Certified – holding 4 ITIL Certifications as well as ITSM Tool Certifications in Service Now Administration and HP Service Desk Administration.
Rodriguez is a California native, who moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1998 and has since made this region his home.
An avid kayaker who has braved the open-ocean in his sea kayak on numerous occasions, Rodriguez also enjoys such outdoor activities, paddle boarding, hiking, and snowshoeing.
