When she started as a Customer Service Representative at Continuant in late 2012, Kristen Fergurson knew she had found the right career in an industry that was undergoing rapid change. So impressed were her managers that Kristen was promoted to the position of Junior NAM (Named Account Manager) in less than a year after joining the company.
With a 14-year background in customer service, most recently in the medical field, Kristen believes in taking great care of her customers. “I love coming to work every day doing what I do,” says Kristen. “I am passionate about customer service and willing to go above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of.” While Continuant is her first experience in managed services, Kristen believes it is a field in which she can build a career. “Continuant values teamwork and coming together to get things done,” she observes, adding that “I truly enjoy being in the trenches with customers, and even going through tough situations—and emerging with a stronger than ever relationship built on trust.”
In March of 2016, Kristen was promoted to Service Delivery Lead, and says she cannot imagine any other job being as challenging and enjoyable.
Kristen earned two Associate degrees in Arts and Science from Tacoma Community College and Clover Park Technical College and also holds a professional license in Aesthetics.
