Jordan Green brings to Continuant a rich and varied work history—but all with the same theme of leadership, customer service, and a strong work ethic, learned at an early age.
A Tacoma native, Jordan started working at age 16 for his parents’ cleaning company. There, he managed customer accounts and ran his own crew of workers. He subsequently moved on to the restaurant industry, where he worked as the assistant manager of a sub sandwich shop. Jordan then worked as a finish carpenter for a cabinetry company, where he quickly excelled, eventually being promoted to lead installer/project manager in charge of a crew of 10 installers for a multi-million dollar contracts for a new construction project in downtown Seattle.
Jordan’s work philosophy is simple. “I believe the customer is central to everything we do as a company,” he says. “When interacting with my clients, I always put myself in their shoes and ask if I would be amazed with the level of service being delivered. I strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction at all times, and I will always work hard to develop a strong relationship with my customers by understanding their changing needs.”
Jordan and his wife Caitlin currently live locally with their young daughter. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Jordan can be found hard at work, restoring a 1999 Mustang GT.
