Few industries have changed over the past three decades as much as telecommunications—and Jennifer Mudie has lived and worked through many of the most significant developments. Her telecom career has spanned 30 years, half of it at Continuant—a fact that has proven to be a huge benefit to the customers she serves.
As a Named Account Manager with Continuant since 2000, Jennifer brings to her customers an in-depth understanding of the challenges that organizations deal with in the face of such fast-paced change. Her knowledge of the industry has helped her manage a team of customer service representatives, and also helps her cultivate excellent relationships with customers. “This is an industry where new technologies become available almost daily,” says Jennifer, “and it is my goal to educate myself and my team on how technology affects the work we do but also the support we offer our customers.”
Jennifer prides herself on her work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to provide excellent service to her customers. She loves being able to apply her passion for customer service every day, while being able to contribute to the success and growth of her team and the company.
Jennifer brings to Continuant a strong background in sales and customer service. Prior to working at Continuant, Jennifer worked in different areas of the industry, including outside system and carrier services sales. Prior to her career in the telecommunications, she spent 10 years at Transamerica Title Insurance Co., where she utilized her sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
Jennifer is a native of Seattle, where she lives with her husband of 36 years.
