Emily Ingram became part of the Continuant team in November 2014. After starting as a Customer Service Representative, Emily’s strong work ethic and commitment to customers earned her a quick promotion to the position of Junior Named Account Manager and now a Global Support Lead.
In the position of Junior NAM, Emily helped develop and test the company’s Service Desk prototype. “This is an exciting time to be working at Continuant,” says Emily. “The enhanced communication between engineers and account managers has proven to be a real benefit to our customers who value our ability to respond quickly—even in the most urgent cases.”
Emily, who spends as much of her free time as possible pursuing activities such as soccer, was awarded CSR of the Year for 2015.
