    As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Doug’s journey with Continuant began in 1996. Initially called Telecom Labs, Inc. and composed of only four people, today, Continuant has grown to more than 300 full-time employees and has broadened its scope well beyond the telecom industry.

    Earlier in his career, Doug served in the United States Army and attained the rank of Captain. After leaving the Army, he started and sold an interstate trucking company. Doug brought this widespread experience with him as he co-founded Continuant with Bruce Shelby in 1996.

    As Chief Sales Officer and Co-Founder, Bruce leads the Sales Department. He applies his four decades of experience within the industry to propel the sales team to success.

    Bruce began his career in the telecom industry in 1984, leveraging his years of knowledge and expertise around digital transformation when co-founding Continuant in 1996. 

    Peter Rodgers

    President

    A 10-year veteran of the company, Peter formerly served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to taking on that role, he held various leadership positions in Operations, Customer Service, Talent Acquisition, and Strategy. As President, Peter will oversee day-to-day operations and corporate planning/goal-setting as well as facilitation of strategic partnerships.

    Torque brings to Continuant decades of experience working in finance for the US airline industry. Prior to joining Continuant, he was Chief Financial Officer for Arizona-based Mesa Airlines. Torque also spent 20 years at Seattle-based Alaska Airlines, where he headed up the company’s Audit Programs, Air Group Financial, Strategic Planning, and Alaska Air Cargo. He also led the Virgin America/Alaska Airlines integration management office that coordinated all aspects of the merger between the two airlines.

    As Chief Technology Officer, Scott oversees Design, IT, Architecture, and Corporate Systems. Scott is a visionary who is always looking for new systems and technology to make our business better.

    Scott was one of Continuant’s original four employees, originally joining as an Operational Manager. He previously worked as an industrial engineer for both Cascade Corporation and Frametech, Inc.

    Aldo Febro, Ph.D.

    Chief Information Security Officer

    As Chief Information Security Officer, Aldo Febro is responsible for the oversight of Continuant’s corporate cybersecurity program as well as the company’s comprehensive cybersecurity services for customers.

    Aldo brings decades of experience in IT to the Continuant team. He received his Ph.D. in computer science and M.Sc in software engineering. He currently holds certifications in Information Security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC), Cloud Security & Architecture (CCSP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert), and Healthcare IT (CPHIMS).

    Jannae Vannberg, our Executive Director of Adoption & Change Management and Project Management Office, has a unique insight into the customer experience. Drawing from years in Continuant's Customer Success Center, Jannae has a profound understanding of each customer’s unique requirements. She is dedicated to making sure our customers have what they need when they need it. This aspect, combined with implementing ITIL best practices, is the driving force behind building ACM for every Continuant customer relationship.

    Jon Shelby

    As Vice President of Business Development and a subject matter expert for our Microsoft Solutions, Jon is responsible for managing projects and teams across multiple disciplines.

    Jon is a decorated veteran of the United States Army, receiving Achievement and Accommodation accolades. His background in System Information and Design Engineering has helped him play a major role in some of Continuant’s largest deployments.

    Michael Hanks

    Vice President of Service Operations

    As Vice President of Service Operations, Mike leads our Service Operations Team. They deliver maintenance and managed services to customers through mature processes with experienced personnel. They also provide monitoring and event management within our Network Operations Center. Lastly, they maintain and improve service performance through reporting and analytics.

    Mike has 25+ years of industry experience in the commercial marketplace and enterprise environment. He is a United States Navy veteran and brings his decades of knowledge with him to Continuant as he works with and delights customers.

    Justin Friesen

    Vice President of Digital Transformation

    As Vice President of Solution Delivery Operations, Justin Friesen is a subject matter expert for our Audio Video (AV) solutions and leads the Operations team.

    Previously, Justin led our Solution Design and Deployment engineering teams supporting Microsoft Teams, Cisco UC, and AV customer engagements. He has brought this technical expertise forward to support our Sales Enablement team—along with its processes and systems.

    As Executive Director of Customer Experience, Frank has been at Continuant for more than 17 years – ensuring every customer has a great experience. We believe customers deserve a service provider who cares about their business as much as they do. If it’s important to our customers, it’s important to us.

    Frank focused his early career on cutting-edge technology, working at enterprise corporations to start-ups. His background in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering has afforded him valuable business experience that goes well beyond just technology.
