For Claire Giamarino, building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers is a key part of the job—and it’s what has made her a vital part of the Continuant team. As a Named Account Manager since 2007, Claire serves as the single point of contact for a key group of customers, and in that effort, she is supported by a team that is always ready to address any issues that arise for those customers.
Claire believes that hard work and the ability to provide excellent service to customers sets Continuant apart from other service providers. “We’re constantly working harder and smarter to exceed our customers’ expectations,” says Claire. “Our high Net Promoter scores are one indication that we have succeeded.” Her goal is to move into a leadership position within Continuant and to continue to educate herself on the new technologies becoming available each day. She loves being able to apply her passion for customer service every day, while being able to contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Claire brings to Continuant a strong background in sales and customer service. Prior to joining Continuant, Claire worked as a Sales Executive for five years at Raymour and Flanigan Furniture and she was also a Trainer and Help Desk Supervisor for 10 years at King Kullen Grocery Co., serving more than 50 locations.
Claire is a New York native with an educational background in Interior Design. She attended the New York Institute of Technology and the Fashion Institute of Technology, also in New York. She currently resides in Olympia, Washington, and is a foster parent.
