Cecilia Borden-1
    With a degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management, Cecilia found her way to Continuant’s customer service team in 2016.
     
    With plenty of education and experience in managing others, she took quickly to her role as Service Delivery Lead, serving as the liaison between engineers, account managers, and other members of the staff. She also serves as a mentor for the customer service representatives, informing them of the comings and goings of the engineers, and leading by example with her dependability and support.
     
    Even when she’s not working, there’s never a dull moment in Cecilia’s life, as her busy child and extended family always have exciting activities planned.
