In the more than five years she has worked at Continuant, Amber Bradford has risen through the ranks to take on a supervisory role in Continuant’s Customer Experience department.
After spending five years in various customer service positions, Amber joined Continuant in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative. Since that time, she has been promoted to Junior Named Account Manager, Named Account Manager, and Customer Experience Supervisor—the position she currently holds.
For Amber, a positive experience for the customer starts with having the right tools and the right philosophy: “My main focus at Continuant is making sure that our Customer Service team is providing the absolute best customer service in the industry to all of our customers and our internal teams,” she notes.
Amber currently resides in Tacoma, WA, with her fiancé and three young children.
