We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Siemens/Rolm Technician/Engineer with 7 or more years of experience to join our team of highly trained engineers and provide support to Fortune 100 companies located across the nation. We provide support in a 24/7 NOC environment. You must be professional and highly motivated with excellent time management and customer service skills. A positive, client oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service is essential.
Requirements
• Rotate on call duties for troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Remote MAC
• Remote technical support on Siemens PBX software and hardware products
• Siemens HiPath 4000
• 9005 PBX
• 9006 PBX
• 9751 PBX
• HICOM 300
• Phonemail
• VoIP experience
Education and Training
• Degree in related discipline
• Certifications in Siemens, Rolm or other related discipline
• MCSE
• CCNA or better
