We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Nortel Technician/Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our team of highly trained engineers and provide onsite support for a prestigious Continuant customer. You must be professional and highly motivated with excellent time management and exceptional customer service skills. A positive, client oriented attitude with a focus on providing legendary service is essential.
Requirements
• Provide Tier 1 through Tier III engineering support, advice and consultation
• Hands on technical expertise at customer site
• Must be available for flexible working schedule
• Provide onsite and remote support to ensure 24/7 operations
• Limited travel – less than10%
• Collaborate with other Nortel engineers
• Coordinate with corporate network staff

Education and Training
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or a combination of education and experience will be considered
